Michelle Briggs -is a Senior Deputy Attorney General assigned to the Nevada Real Estate Division. Ms. Briggs received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Santa Clara School of Law in 2001 and served on the Santa Clara Law Review. Ms. Briggs worked in private practice
prior to joining the Attorney General’s office in 2012. In private practice, Ms. Briggs focused primarily on business and real estate transactions.
