Jenifer is an experienced senior business leader with a demonstrated history of working collaboratively to drive organizational success. Jenifer spent the majority of her career at Paylocity Holding Corporation where she led the operational expansion of Paylocity from only a handful of clients and employees in start-up to nearly 1500 employees, supporting 15,000+ clients with more than $300 million in annualized revenue throughout her more than twenty-year tenure. Serving in various Executive roles she led her teams to achieve industry leading client retention, helped take the company public in 2014 and won several awards for service excellence and employee engagement. The company is widely considered a preeminent thought leader in the HR industry as a result of her hard work and focus. Since leaving Paylocity Jenifer has worked in independent business consulting roles and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Blue Marble Payroll, a high growth, global Payroll Aggregator. Jenifer is known for her passion for people development and for the creation of unparalleled company cultures which have consistently led her organizations to be recognized as proven leaders throughout the HR Technology sector. Jenifer earned a B.A from DePaul University with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. In her free time Jenifer dedicates much of her time to charities to support her local community including serving as a CASA for kids in foster care and as a real estate developer helping to build a stronger future for those in need of affordable housing in Las Vegas. Jenifer’s focus on empowering our youth to be the future leaders of tomorrow comes through in everything she does for her community!
